I've been living in the Brenbrook Apartments for almost 4 yrs now and have really not had any problems. There's not too many problems that I can think of as far as with my apartment. Nice price for the area, compared to other complexes and the size is really good, nice and spacious. The only 2 problems I have are 1) the wholes in the fence that seperate us from another apartment community. Can't tell you how many times I've seen drug dealers come through the fence, sell drugs to waiting cars, then go back through the fence. You talk to management about it and it's like they're not listening. Claim that they can't determine who's fence it is, ours or theirs so that delays it getting fixed. Also, 2) Diana, the property manager, her attitude STINKS. She's very unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and extremely disrespectful. I hope she never finds herself in a situation where she may need one of the tenants because no one will ever do anything for her. Linda, the community gossiper has left so maybe that will change things but Diana is a terrible property manager.

Diana's attitude stinks badly. She is not professional at all. She needs attitude adjustment.
