I have lived in these apartments for almost five years. The management eespecially the manager is a bully who rules by threatening to evict people. I can't tell me how many times I have had to contacact maintenance to fix the same problems over and over and over again. The pool area is absolutely horrible in the summer and the manager is the most unfriendly person I have ever met. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. The place is awful and the rent continues to increase significantly every year. Future tenants should find some place else to live. Brenbrook has a third party estimating how much hot water you might use. This is something the gas and electric company can do. If the manger is fired Brenbrook might be a better place to live if you can find someone who is sensitive to the needs of the PEOPLE PAYING THE RENT. The scores written below are not a relection of how I feel about various aspects of the complex They get a rating of zero in all areas but parking,noise,
