Don't do it

I can't begin to tell you what has gone wrong since moving in here. I count the days until the lease is up in May. The apartments are newly renovated, but don't let that fool you; beneath the renovations, the units are falling apart, and once you get into a lease, they stop fixing things when they break (I've heard this is because there is no maintenance money left over after the renovations). People are dirty (garbage piled many feet outside the dumpsters), discourteous (many abandoned cars fill the lots, meaning you have to park up to 1/2 mile from you apt.), and the place is rampant with pittbulls (who are not supposed to be in the community to begin with). The main cause of all of these problems is that the people in the rental office have no concern for anything besides your rent check. For months, they would put eviction notices and court orders on my door because they had been applying my rent check to someone else's apartment!! On TV, Brookhaven advertises that they have a pool... the pool has been cracked and left in disrepair for 6 years now. We were promised it would be fixed by last Memorial Day: it still sits empty and broken.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. If possible, do not live in a Randallstown apartment at all; the whole area is pretty unsafe and spirit-crushing.
