Lived there for 5 years. The place got progressively worst. The number managers and management companies that they have gone through is scary. Apartments always had things breaking down, and I know that my bathroom ceiling came down three times while I was there and it was from water damage. They could never seem to get it fixed. The grounds looked lousy, and was promised there was a swimming pool, no pool. Laundry rooms were for the birds. Ended up having to spend about 100 dollars a month to go to a laundry facility that was commercially owned to wash clothes.

Routinely had problems with kids hanging out at the apartment, police in the neighborhood, and numerous problems with vandalaism to cars.
