When applying your treated with respect and courtesy. Once you move in your treated with disrespect. Management is just awful they dont keep good records at all. You will be told one thing and the next day another. When you have problem you have to report a thousand times to get things done. There was a flood in the apartment and I was told there was nothing that can be done. I had to call continuously for weeks to get the problem corrected. Put it this way it was never corrected. Try reporting no air conditioning in the summer for a week. Furthermore, management says when moving in we are fixing up the buildings and renovating. Well, the rusty balcony never was painted and the building remained the same. The whole year I was there our building was promised washing machines. It took a whole year to get the machines, the dryers never worked and the washing machines flooded. To make things worse the whole building smelled of mold from flooding from the rain and washing machines. The noise is just awful in the buildings all you hear is noisy police and fire trucks. The attitude at Brookhaven is the management is always right, and the tenant is always wrong. No matter what you say the tenant is the problem. My suggestion is look elsewhere before moving to Brookhaven.
