I moved into Brookhaven after my divorce with my kids, it was affordable. The people in the office were very nice, my leasing agent Ella was great. She made my move easier for me.
There are problems with neighborhood kids sometimes, but nothing that I haven't seen in other complexes. The office has had the lights in my parking lot fixed three times in the past year and the kids break them out real fast.
Maintenance is okay, one thing I've noticed is that they will fix the laundry room door on Monday and by Wednesday somebody has broken it again. It is frustrating because our rent money goes to these needless repairs that are caused by kids whose parents don't control them (I KNOW BECAUSE I'VE TALKED TO PARENTS ABOUT THEIR KIDS AND THEY DON'T CARE). The maintenance in my apartment is good.
I like my mirrored walls and updated kitchen, but I hate the carpet - it looks like indoor/outdoor stuff. I'd change that if I could. I'll be here another year or two until I can buy my own house.

The greatest slum in Randallstown is Brookhaven Estates Ghetto homes. Everything that you can a imagine as far as an inferior substandard living place can be found at this broken down rat, roach and maintenance poor apartment complex. You want to live in hell well, that's where you will be if you move here. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
