If you??re looking for somewhere to live for a year or two while you get your financial problems in order to live someplace nice then this is the place for you. If you??re looking for a long-term home it is NOT. You know the old ad itch you get what you pay for' I??m still wondering what I was paying for. I pay my rent each month on time and don??t cause any problems or disturb the others that live around me but for some reason always seem to get nothing but attitude when I enter the business office.

The day I signed my lease and received my keys and started to move in the men (that didn??t speak a word of English) where still painting my apartment. Not checking to make sure everything was dry or looked good STILL PAINTING RATHER JUST STARTED! I had to wait three days for them to finish and for the paint odor to lessen before moving my belongings in. Not to mention in the process of them painting they wasted some kind of grease on the carpet in the living room and a large spot in front of the door. When I asked if this was going to be cleaned or the carpet replaced I was told to purchase a carpet to go over it. WHAT'

The hallway is always dirty. The front of the building always smells of dog poop despite the signs for people to clean up after their animals. The laundry room is disgusting always seems to be used as peoples own personal bathroom. The property is not well lighted and you don??t want to let your small children out to play in this area due to the gangs and the constant fighting that happen on the property. It??s like living in the inner city in the county. And, I forgot the best part each spring you can look forward to a new outbreak of insects. Ants, flies, roaches and this year mice. When I moved in utilities where included with my rent now it isn??t but no one can answer my questions when I ask how they come up with the rates I??m charged each month. How does Brookhaven regulate the utilities when there are no meters installed'

In a nut shell don??t waist your time, energy, or money look somewhere else.
