Complete Morons! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   What can I say. I too consider myself to be a person with extreme patience. That goes right out the door when it comes to dealing with these idiots. The day I was supposed to move in the apartment and after I signed the lease, I discovered my apartmenet was infested with roaches, which I was not aware of when I walked the apartment. Probally because they were in and behind the cabinets. Come to find that one of the maintenance guys told me they knew the apartement was infested along with the whole building but they have to rent the apartment 10days after the previous tenants move out. Needless to say that I was not going back into that building.Now you would have thought that they would have done everything they could to get me into a apartement better and the same size as the one I was originally scheduled to lease but no they took there sweet time and it was two weeks before I got another apartment where the kitchen outlets didn't work but I guess it had to do considering the position they put me in. Almost 2 weeks after I moved I still didn't have a mailbox key and everyone kept giving me the runaround so I had to email the Property manager Robin who is worthless on top of having a nasty attitude. She was unbelievable. She basically told me that I was distracting her from her other tenant.I was like "B**ch please, I know first hand you do not care anything about your tenants". The only thing I was distracting her from was fixing that ragedy wig she is always wearing.My point is do not move here! The staff are complete morons and they provide no help at all, the property is unkept and from what I hear I don't think they have one apartment where everything works. If there is one thing that I learned it is do my homework. If I knew what I know now I would have never moved hear. I have found out so many bad things about them from sites like these as well as people I know.This was definetly a learning experience. I guess it's too late now but I am already looking at other places to live.
