SLUMLOARDS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived and at Crookhaven Estates. They are completely ridiculous. Ista is a big scam because they divide heat amongst the building. So if you neighbor has 7 kids and you are a family of 2 you still have to pay the heat,water, and sewage. Laundry rooms are a joke. If you know any crackheads tell them there are vacancies in the laundry rooms. All of the T levels flood. They never fix leaks promptly. They promise newly renovated apartments and make promises they can't keep. The mice and cockroaches will eat you out of house and home. Moving to Brokehaven is a mistake. The property managers are all liars. If you lucky your apartment won't burn down. Fire alarms would be a luxury there. God Bless all who enter. Tenants have rights! Gold Star property management needs an overhaul.
