Ive been living in brookhaven for alittle over a year. At the begining i was having a tough time with maintenance but in the past few weeks its been much better. The neighbors are very friendly and nice. Besides my apartment being spacious i enjoy the fitness room also. I would recommend this apartment to other people.

i would not please beware this is my opinion, i still have mice, maintenance is short staffed dryers have no gas and hasnt since may of 2007, when i moved in, my sister lives up the street and she doesnt have any heat they did give her an electric heater but who really trust them especially with kids around, they tore her bathroom ceiling and wall down and didnt complete that she couldnt even take a shower.people r breakin n the laundry rooms breakin the washing macchines and dryers etc, my car was vandalized, their lighting was not real good especially when i leave early n the mornin if it was up 2 me i would have continued to look further to find something more for me, a credible company that cares about their tenants and when u call 4 maintenance they come asap,take care of your issues
