i moved into brookhaven about a month ago and im torn...my heat doesnt work but the furnace was replaced and the sink is throwing up greasy stuff but i love my apartment despite that...i still havent got a mail key either but everything else i can deal with

Please sure you call the Maintenance dept they will fix your problem, I can said they got so much better since the new owner took over 2 month ago.. I really enjoy living here.. Everyone is so nice and they do try to help.....
