I've been living at Garden View Apts (formerly Brookhaven Estates) for over years. From the move in date to my current time there this place has caused me nothing but grieve. I must say that the new management team has tried to make things better for the residents; however their maintenance crew is understaffed and over worked! They will come out to do a job and leave it unfinished and if you do not call the following day to make sure they come back to complete the job it doesn't get done. Most of the time they do not have the equipment or parts needed to complete a job, in which case you have to wait on them to either purchase it at the local Home Depot or order it. I honestly don't think they know what they're doing half the time.

It seems as if every time it's windy or it snows my heat goes out. When I call the emergency number I either get voicemail or a message saying the voicemail is full, in which case they don't come out till the next day. What's The Point Of Having An Emergency Number If You Can't Get Through To Anyone'''

By the way if it snows, chances are you will be sliding to your car and your car will be sliding out the parking lot, because the snow is never cleaned up before 10am, and they do not put down salt during the night while it's snowing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live there.

You should post this in the Gardenview Apartments listing they have on here as most potential renters are not going to look for the old name on here.
