BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have finally moved out, and 3 weeks later I am getting eviction notices for unpaid rent! They have no idea how to maintain a complex, I highly recommend staying away from Sawyer Property Management in general...Not safe, section 8, ghetto, and unless you have a gas leak, forget about any maintenence and customer service. I could go on for pages, take my advice and stay AWAY! One more thing, rent went up form $585 to 700 in 2 years, huge rip-off!
