Good for a year or two at most!

I have live here for about 3 1/2 years. As most say CHV was great when I moved in. First floor apt., full washer dry, close to public transp. and retail stores, and larger pets are allowed. I should have known something was up after they told me gas and water is free. It even says it in their AD. Gas is not! It comes as part of your electric bill. The pool was one of the main things that we liked and it was nice and clean. But now we don?t go, it?s always dirty. The pipes in the building are so old that they clog up all of the time. When someone upstairs uses the washer, it floods my washer area. They have to come unclog it at least twice a year; it takes that long to get maintenance to come out, too. Every winter I have to have the furnace unclogged (once it had so much gas clogged in it the maintenance man almost caught fire!) I could go on, but I think that?s enough. Lately, I can see them trying to fix things, but for the last 2 year maintenance has been so bad we don?t even bother or we do it ourselves. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
