Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I lived in CHV form 2000-2001. It was my first apt and I had a great time. The apt space is huge for an one bedroom apt. The security did their job, however, the went to the extreme and became -------s when I left my card. The management was okay. They became ghetto towards the end of my tenure.
