Unless you want mice, poor maintenance, non-working gates, long waiting lines to get in the complex because they won't fix the residents' entrance, trash in common areas, poor trash removal, busted up everything, then stay away, it will only aggravate you and make your life more miserable. You will be stuck in a lease that makes it hard for anybody to leave easily. These people have been losing money and they are trying everything to keep the people they have, good and definitely bad.
