The apartment is not worth the cost of rent. You think you are paying for the added security, but the security is a joke. There was a big gang fight when I used to live there, and I had out of state visitors. They were concerned for my safety. The tires were stolen off my car. They take section 8 renters, who only pay about 100 a month and the government pays the rest.
