Pro: Large spacey apartments at reasonable rates.

Cons: Where to begin' The most pressing issue has to be security--Management alerted all residents to multiple parking lot robberies at *gunpoint* in 2004 alone. The gated entrance doesn't seem to have much effect, and is occasionally open and unmanned (guard turnover maybe'). Wild youths from the section-8 area prowl around the complex vandalizing & disrespecting people's property. Security aside, most every apartment seems to have something broken/leaking/dysfunctional and repeated requests for repairs have been ignored. Walls are thin and noises/music come right through. This place is appropriate only for single males who can deal with all the crap. Women and children need something safer/nicer.
