The apartment rates are lofty and reasonable. The other tenants and the neighborhood is a different story.

In 2000 I lived there only to be woken up by a police officer at 5 AM as I had been asleep on the couch. The reason for the visit was to ask if I had heard gunshots out in the parking lot. Someone had reported hearing them.

As for the apartments themselves - the fixtures were constantly in need of repairs.

There are better places to live.
