Maybe I just lucked up and got a neighbor who is extremely quiet, or maybe it's not as bad as the others are trying to make it seem. Since I am on the bottom floor, I have to admit that I do hear the people upstairs, but the sound is very muffled, so it's nothing that would keep you up at night. The apartments are lovely. They are actually bigger than what you pay for. The floorplans are excellent and the neighborhood is nice. You don't hear a lot of people out real late at night. The kids go in at a reasonable time. The leasing staff is very friendly and so is the maintenance crew. On the side I live on I never have to try and find a parking space. Living here has been and still is a nice experience for me.
