I had written a report on Carriage Hill in the past. As a matter of fact, I wrote it on this exact day last year. I titled it "I Love It." Let me tell you now, I hate it. Thank God, I am 10 days away from moving out of here. At the beginning it seems so perfect. Of course it does, the mice don't know the apartment is no longer vacant. Once they realize that they have new tenants, they take over. The apartment is so poorly constructed, that they have various ways of getting in, believe me. In my apartment they were getting in through the pipes, behind the WASHER and DRYER. And we thought that was a plus! There is no possible way of getting pass that because that mechanical room on your patio/balcony has a large opening at the bottom of it that says, "come on in mice." And if you're not on the first floor, the mice will walk in those doors and up those steps. When I told them about the problem, they came and did some kind of patch up work, but guess what.........The mice ate right through that stuff. And when I complained again, they basically told me that they weren't going to keep repairing the same job!!! Isn't that something. I'm not going to make like this place is the worst, because it's not. My main problem is the mice. If I didn't have that, I would be renewing my lease on Sept. 1st. If you are someone considering moving here, just make sure you look at the "upgraded apartment first, and don't get stuck with one like mines, with the ugly old stove, the 1970's dishwasher and the 1930's cabinets. The things in my apartment looks nothing like the model apartment, even down to the sink in the bathroom. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
