I have lived here for 3 years and I have never had any real problems. I have a new job and have to move closer to the city but I would stay if I could. Maintenance is always responsive. In comparison to other apartments in the same price range my apartment is huge. The grounds are well maintained. My building is cleaned daily. I have never felt unsafe. I am very protective of my child and I feel safe allowing her to play outside. My neighbors are quiet. I am not sure where all of the "ghetto" nonsense and section 8 tenants bringing the property down talk comes from because I don't see that. If you are looking for absolute quiet or people to act and behave just as you do then apartment living should not be the route you take. I would recommend the property to anyone who is looking to move to the area.

I SUPPOSE TO MOVE TO CARRIAGE HILL AT THE END OF FEBRUARY. I'M A LITTLE CONCERN ABOUT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS I'VE READ. IS IT THAT BAD OR "GHETTO" AS PEOPLE HAVE SAID. DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE BUILDING 3449 AND IT'S LOCATION? SHOULD I CONSIDER LOOKING ELSEWHERE? WHAT ARE SOME OF PROs AND CONs ABOUT CARRIAGE HILL?
