I'd rather live downtown Baltimore ghetto. This is worse than the ghetto. Mice has always been a problem. I've been hearing noises in the celing for months now, maintence says it's a squirrel. Then get rid of it! Two months after moving in, our dishwasher broke and flooded the kitchen. We asked maintence to come and check it out and it took exactly 30 days for them to look at it and then two more additional weeks to replace the dishwasher. When the dishwasher was replaced, they tore up the floor, never fixing that. When maintence has come in to paint, they just walked into the apartment. They did not knock, did not yell. Nothing. They are lucky that my fiance was home and not me, or they would have been leaving with a bullet in their ass. There is no concept for respect for people's things here. I am constantly seeing kids setting on other peoples cars. Parking is always tight and I park 150 yards away. When I moved here I had bought a brand new car and it was been trashed from the people here. Not only do I have the standard door dings from everyday wear and tear but I have door DENTS, on my car and my fiance's car. No respect! One night I came out to see my car being towed away! There was no reason for it and the police had to get involved. The tow truck driver said I was double parked. --------! The police have had many complaints about the same driver. All of our friends are scared to death to come here. The gate guards have on swat team uniforms and that makes you think twice about entering the gate to begin with. There have been two fires in seperate buildings since we've moved in. I wish they'd all burn down. The furnace is so old and inefficient that our BGE bill was $210 for one month. IS IT JUST CERTAIN AREAS OF THIS COMPLEX OR IS IT GHETTO ALL OVER. I SUPPOSE TO MOVE THERE AT THE END OF THE MONTH, BUT I'M HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS. THE APARTMENT THAT I AM TO MOVE IN IS IN BUILDING 3449. DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS BUILDING OR THE AREA SURROUNDING THIS BUILDING? CAN ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS BE OVERLOOKED OR AVOIDED IF I DO END UP LIVING THERE? PLEASE REPLY....
