DO NOT MOVE HERE!

My experience has been a total nightmare! Loud and inconsiderate neighbors, horrible maintenance, poor insulation, poorly constructed apartments, and much more. When I first moved in, my heat did not work. I informed the leasing office, however, it took them THREE weeks to fix it. No adjustments were made to the rent to compensate for my time without heat-- NOTHING at all was done.

The closet doors fall off of the hinges easily-- and I carefully opened the doors!

One of my neighbors is extremely loud and ghetto. She wakes me from my sleep at all times of the night. She constantly bangs on the walls, plays her television at the maximum volume allowed on a tv. When she talks, it seems as if she is in the same apartment with me. I can't take it.

The appliances are a joke. They hardly ever work-- maintenance takes their time to come fix them.

The area is extremely unsafe. You are probably safer if you moved to Cherry Hill! I have been told that some of the children in the complex walk around with guns in the public view, they have witnessed people attempting to break into peoples apartments that live on the ground level. It is a nightmare.

Please, whatever you do, do not move here! I am telling you from personal experience, it is not worth the stress and headache.
