These apartments are very dangerous and unsafe, I have seen with my own eyes teenagers playing with guns in the hallway, I reported the situation to the rent office and they did absolutely nothing about it, sometime you can hear gun shots in the middle of the night. Cars speed like they are on the highway around the neighborhood. Neighbors are loud, ghetto, and ignorant, as I write this letter right now one on my neighbor is blasting the music very loud. Maintenance is very poor, they will take weeks to fix minor problems like a broken closet door, and the maintenance men are lazy, rude, and ignorant. To get approved for one of these apartment they do a credit check and criminal background check, but yet they have mostly criminal living in these apartments.
WRINGING!!!!!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS, IF YOU SEE A GOOD REVIEW FOR THESE APARTMENTS, THE RENT OFFICE WROTE THE REVIEW TO INCREASE THEIR RATINGS!!!!!!

I am currently living in Carriage Hill aparments. This reponse is to the anynomous individual who posted their experince of Carriage Hill apartments. I agree I seen one mouse.The same day I seen the mouse the apartment management sent someone out to immediately do a lock and seal of my pipes. I have never seen a mouse since. In regards to the neighbors, I never had a problem with anyone and if I do that not management fault. It is normal for someone to do something and your neighbor may not agree, but its up to the indivuals how the situation is handled.

Well in response to tata, from your grammar, you seem to be one of those people that others would have a a problem with. I have had severe issues with the neighbors here due to them smoking and drinking in the hallway for the smoke to seep under my door for my asthmatic daughter to breathe in...really nice place, sure. Its NOT for neighbors to handle someone ILLEGALLY smoking in a hallway-- that is the management's responsibility, by which they handle via hanging flyers..yeah, that'll really stop 'em.

excuse me, but what do you mean by because of Tata's grammar they seem to be one of "those people" that others would have problems with. Apparently the only problems I see on the reviews are guns and violence...not about educated/uneducated people. Maybe there wouldn't be so many horrible reviews at this apartment complex if people weren't so biased.
