Gone down hill

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
It is currently a shadow of what it used to be. I think the constant change in mgmt. has caused the community to go down. It is certainly not worth what they charge for rent and leaves a lot to be desired. The club room is in disrepair and should be used for free in its condition yet they still charge. With all of the money they make, they can do better than this.
