I have been living in Carriage Hill for two years now. The first year was not a problem, but the second that is another story. It takes so long for maintenance problems to be addressed I take care most of it myself. The rent is too high they expect $75.00 increases every year. You might as well buy a house. I would not recommend that you move here unless you like poor maintenance, high rent and security problems.
