I have lived here for a little over 3 years and I would not recommend anyone to move here. There are bugularies that the management will not inform you about are still occurring, the apartments have mice and bugs which they will not do anything about until you raise so much hell they will finally do something about it. They have security people on the front gate that will let anyone in, in fact if you come during the week after 6:30pm the guy leaves the gate up and lets anyone in. They have gone up on the rent recently saying they have because of the upgrades to the apartments. So, they finally painted the buildings and CLEANED them this is something they should do anyway. These are not "Upgrades" these are things they should do anyway. Only a few of the buildings front doors lock so they are people in the hallways that don't live there and there are constantly young adults "Doing it" in the back of the building. You can complain and NOTHING is done. The Manager of the complex is never willing to talk with you when there is a problem in fact I am sure the only time she has "walked" around the property was when we had a fire last year(the building is still not repaired from the fire. She comes to work and never leaves her office but to get food or to leave for the day. SHE DOES NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS THERE!!! There are two bright spots though they are the Assistant Manager Ms. Jones and Manager of Maintance Mr. Stuckey. They will help you when you go to them.
