I've lived in NYC and in Baltimore City this place seems worse than both. The police are here more than on the streets. The trash is all over, the residents don't seem to care. Management is a JOKE! You can't talk to her. She is always stuck in her office, or leaving to get something to eat. The "security" will let anyone in, they don't check although this is SUPPOSED to be a gated community. Parking is horrible. Yet don't think about being late on your rent. You can't get anything fixed unless you find the maintenance supervisor and speak to him directly. Just imagine paying hundreds of dollars to live with mice, and then have your neighbor who has section 8 paying pennies and they live like they are in a barn yard. You can't complain because no one listens. DO BOTH OF US A FAVOR....STAY AWAY!

This is not a comment to you, but to all the comments from individuals who are constantly talking about section eight but can't spell. I can admit, section eight is an issue at a lot of complexes especially since the city is booting these people out of their homes, however it is more disturbing to see that grown people can not articulate their thoughts without several grammatical errors. Who are you all? Did you graduate from college. Maybe that's why you are living at this type of complex. Maybe if you received education beyond high school, which I'm assuming you haven't since your spelling is that of a child, then you would not be facing this issues at Carriage Hill. Now, I don't live here; never have. I'm just on this site because a friend of mine was showing me all the horrible comments. I just found it hilarious that so many people complain about section eight when they spell like section eight. Just note, if you erase this comment most likely you are guilty!!!!!!!!
