I should have known better but I was desperate. I had looked at apartment on web and then went to visit as I had been living in NYC. They wouldn't let me look at actual apartment as it was not move in ready so I looked at model. Never trust a model. When I could move in, the maintenance crew was still working on apartment. Long story short, not only are you paying premium price, they let Section Eight people move in too who were nasty, roach infested, rat infested people. I had to fight with management to get apartment sprayed and protected from pest. The management had to nerve to ask me if I was letting in the mice when I opened my door. Like I was inviting them in for cocktails. DUH! Problem was unresolved so I had to break the lease and the management had to nerve to complain about me.
Questions, call me: 814-504-6850. What rotten, run down, nasty apartment and management group. If the owners out of New York knew what was going on, they would fire everyone working there.
Payback for all the problems Carriage Hill gave me.
