I have said it before and I will say it again - as long as Sawyer is getting their money every month - they don't care who it is coming from. We can all write reviews here, make phone calls to the management office and even send letters. One person complaining at a time obviously does nothing. We should have all received a memo from the management office back in November about all the recent break-ins on the property. That same memo said there was going to be a community meeting with management and the local police department. Here over a month later - that meeting has still not happened.

Here's a crazy idea - how about all of us that have the time to write a review on this site get together and create a united front to demand changes' Maybe if we as a community who actually cares about their homes and safety can maybe make a difference in our community.

Please contact me at hondalvr95@aol.com...I have been here for 5 years and never had a problem but since a year ago I have mice really bad and everytime I was told about this problem by someone who lives in the community I didnt believe untill now.They are so bad you can hear them running through the walls.I lifted up my sofa to vaccum and they are eating my sofa.How crazy is that.My fridge keeps leaking from the bottom and its water in my fridge and my food has been messed up trwice and I have told them over again about this problem.I hate parking my car around here.I drove my car and then parked it,went to bed and came out the next morning to go to work and my tire was flat and I had a warning that they was gonna tow my car and it was the final warning.What happend to the first warning?The guys drives around in here all day long and nite just looking for someones vehicle to tow.You cant have your tire on the line or over it.I am so sick of this place.I have claaed the cops several times because of the loitering in my hall and now its spray paint all over the doors and the hallways...The hellicopters are always in here looking for someone and the little kids are always throwing rocks at your car while its parked.Somthing needs to be done about this place and they have nerve to bump the rent up.Ha..This is the worst place to live.I am better off living in Brooklyn

you will need more then just the community cause half of the carriage hill community dont care only a handful of civil people live there. What you need is Sawyer to stop being cheap and take care of the people who pay rent. For example fix the security doors and the back doors of every building, put up cameras, cameras will reduce crime cause people will know they may stand a chance of getting caught. Also put cameras on the gatekeeper to ensure they are doing there job. And add a anonymouse hotline so people can freely report crime and drug dealers, they can even have it set up where you dont have to talk to anyone just leave a msg. The only thing that can get this place up and running again is Sawyer, people need to get the media and the health officals envolved cause I know all those apartments are up to livable condition ---- we had mold growing on the ceiling at one time and the plumbing is always leaking. so if you want to have change start with Sawyer and the media

Gq3000 is right I personally talk to the regional manager, and to make a long story short, due to the location of the complex and how much money it would cost to fix it up. everyones rent would have to go up alot, it is cheaper to tear this place down then to fix it up. so with that being said Sawyer would rather just rent this place out like it is and keep collecting checks and worry about properties that are going up in property value and not going down. At the end of the day Sawyer is a busness and is about getting paid. Thats what I got from the convversation we had. to make a long story short. I say the whole complex should just go on strike and not pay there rent till things change.
