My children and I have lived in Carriage Hill for just over a year now and aside from the occasional baby mouse, which my cat takes care of, I havent had any problems. Maintenance is usually timely and effective. Carriage Hill is a HUGE complex of over 800 units, so I suppose it depends on where you live within the complex as to what troubles you may encounter. I live in a very quiet area of the complex and no one bothers me, my kids, or my vehicle and I still keep my out of state tags on my car and its still left alone. I've enjoyed my time here at Carriage Hill so far. Unless my own circumstances change, I plan on staying here for quite a while to come. God Bless.

Can you please tell me what side or building # you are in because that is the exact opposite from where I live on this property and I am going to the office tomorrow to ask to be moved. Would love some peace and quiet like where you are. Thank you very much.

I, too, would like to know what building(s) are the best choice. I currently live in Cedar Gardens and I would like to move. If I have to go to another apartment complex, I am thinking about Carriage Hill, but I surely don't want to move from bad to worst! So, please, could current tenants let me know where is ok and where to avoid? Thanks

i also livea across the street from the park and it's really quiet over here. of course you are going to encounter problems wherever you move this being my fourth apartment, i know, u move to get away from prbloems until u get in all the problems are masked. but for carriage hill, a huge complex, i really dont have too many complaints. i am content for now.
