Since i have lived in apartment complexies, living at Carriage Hill has been my worst experience. I honestly don't even know where to start from. Is it the loud noise coming from neighbors, the unprofessional and nonchallant attitude of the leasing staff, the continous unavailable parking, the uneffective maintenance staff or what' Hmmmmmm, anyways the worst problem i had here was dealing with Mice!!!!!! Oh my gosh!!! Infact they have a so called exterminator that come to this complex every wednesday to help "seak n seal" as they have told me a million times but that dosen't do ---- to the problem. PLEASE PLEASE N PLEASE I BEG OF YOU THAT IF U ARE IN YOUR RIGHT STATE OF MIND DON'T U EVER THINK ABOUT MOVING INTO THIS APARTMENT. IT IS VERY VERY BAD-AS A MATTER OF FACT I LEARNT TO ALWAYS VISIT THIS SITE B4 MOVING INTO ANY APARTMENTS AFTER MY TERRIFYING TIME THERE. I TOOK MY TIME TO WRITE THIS BECAUSE I DNT WNT ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO MOVE TO HAVE THIS SAME BAD EXPERIENCE."A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE" N DNT U EVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER COS THAT IS WHAT CARRIAGE HILL IS ALL ABOUT UNTIL U GET A BAD TASTE OF IT. GOODLUCK RENTERS!!!!!!!!!

This is the truth!! I moved here April of 07 because I had to find somewhere to move in a hurry..and form day one I have had problems..The first day I moved into my apartment it just looked like the tenents that lived in my building previously moved out..I had to get on management to fix my apartment for a month..not to mention the MICE they are everywhere you are and are not..Im afraid to let my son play outside and the summertime its so noisy..My friend lives around the corner in another court and her location isnt as bad as mine..she even acknowledge it herself...my coworkers apartment just got broken into and the leasing office didnt do much to assist..not to mention they take Section 8, and alot of it..they need to make it subsidized housing and do everyone a favor its not worth moving here..dont do it..

My advice is to SERIOUSLY INVEST IN RENTERS INSURANCE.
