I am new resident and this is scary to me. I thought I was going to move into a safe and clean area. I haven't move in yet, I still have a 2 months before my date; notheless I very nervous reading all this. I guess I would have to live in the dwelling to make my own decision. However, the numbers can't lie, not that many. I seen where some people stated they live in the courts with less "issues". Can you let me know where that laocated to better assist in my decision. Thanks.

Save yourself the trouble I beg you dont do it to yourself, you are taking a risk in a high risk area. Talk to the police department they can validate how much crime is in the neigherborhood and plus you dont want to move somwhere that rat infested even if its not in all the buildings cause its a matter of time before the migrate to the others trust me I know thats how my apartment was at first, the frist couple of months i didnt see anything then all of a suddent they were everywhere. I stayed in building 3414 If you can just go somwhere else I wouldnt even cosider this place to be a last resort just look at the rating % do you really want to live somwhere where 81% of the people say its terriable?

IT IS DEF A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE.....I RAN INTO SOME PEOPLE OUTSIDE AND THEY USE TO TELL ME HOW THEY HAVE MICE AND EVERYTHING AND I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AND I HAD BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS...ASK ME NOW IF I HAVE ANY..THEY NEED TO PAY THE RENT..I WENT TO COOK ON MY STOVE THE OVER DAY AND SAW ALL KINDS OF MICE DROPPINGS..ITS VERY MUCH SAD...THE COPS ARE ALWAYS IN HERE..ALL THE TIME AND THE CHILDREN ARE SOOOOO RUDE AND THEY DRIVE IN THE PARKING LOT LIKE ITS 695...STAY AWAY IT WILL BE MY LAST YEAR HERE...I CANT WAIT TILL DECEMBER

Moving to another area of the property may do some good but I highly doubt that all to be honest,flies flock to ----. AS for the speeds at which some people like drive around here it's a waste putting up stop signs and speed bumps if you're just gonna run them and just fly over the bumps. My child is my personal property and as soon as my child get's hurt by one of these speeding fools WE WILL some have serious problems on our hands. I have the right to protect my property and family to the best of my ability even if it includes my .45!! Not a Gangster just protecting my own.
