i've been living @ carriage hill for a year now and honestly for me it has not been a horrible experience. i did have some issues at first but nothing major. i think it depends on which side of the complex you live in. i had my share of mice problems like a majority of other people but pest control came and fixed the problem and i haven't seen any mice since. i called maintence during off hours for my fridge and shower faucet and they came the same day and fixed the problems. there are plenty of kids on my side but there not a problem for me and they some do speak like there grown but that's a large perecentage of kids everywhere you go. i do see the cops patrolling the area almost everyday but i don't know if they are there for safety or if they're looking for a suspect. at least i know if there was an emergency they'll be there in like 2 seconds. i'm always aware of my surroundings at the apartment complex and everywhere i go. it doesn't matter where you go there's good and bad everywhere. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Excuse me if I come across too sarcastic but the police ARE NOT PATROLLING THEY ARE RESPONDING TO UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY. If you call or ask the office you will hear that there is a security patrol on the property,since Forth of July where have they been. In my parking lot just three weeks ago there was broken glass in two different parking spots,also,my wife and I witnessed a silver minivan back into and damage a white Lexus sat around a bit talking about then roll out. Great community we've got here, used to be a nice and safe place to live but tthose days are long gone.
