I have been here for 5 years and never had a problem but since a year ago I have mice really bad and everytime I was told about this problem by someone who lives in the community I didnt believe untill now.They are so bad you can hear them running through the walls.I lifted up my sofa to vaccum and they are eating my sofa.How crazy is that.My fridge keeps leaking from the bottom and its water in my fridge and my food has been messed up trwice and I have told them over again about this problem.I hate parking my car around here.I drove my car and then parked it,went to bed and came out the next morning to go to work and my tire was flat and I had a warning that they was gonna tow my car and it was the final warning.What happend to the first warning'The guys drives around in here all day long and nite just looking for someones vehicle to tow.You cant have your tire on the line or over it.I am so sick of this place.I have claaed the cops several times because of the loitering in my hall and now its spray paint all over the doors and the hallways...The hellicopters are always in here looking for someone and the little kids are always throwing rocks at your car while its parked.Somthing needs to be done about this place and they have the nerve to bump the rent up.Ha..This is the worst place to live.I am better off living in Brooklyn .If you are thinking about living in Randallstown...Deer park apartments are so much better, its no trash and no loitering and its not even gated.I have compained about a lady and her two daughters so many times and nothing has been done...throwing newspaper from the mailbox slots on the floor in the building,juices all over the floor,hanging in the hallway,throwing soda all over the door and slaming there door.They dont have a key and I am not sure what the mother is doing in there but the lil girl and her friends use there shoes to bang on the door to get in...All hours of the night.The reviews that are on here that say not a bad place and the ratings are good this is comming from the heart, dont listen its must be the property manager thats leaving them reviews.Honestly its a very terrible place to live.I would love to break my lease and I may because I am looking right now for a townhouse to rent.I have been here long enough.The maintance just walk in after one knock and then after they been in your apartment dueing whatever they was doing they dont even leave a door hanger letting you know they was here and why.Its horrible.BELIEVE ME.You cant even take your kids to the lil playground in here because the thugs over there are smoking there weed and getting drunk.I cant even watch my t.v when my washer is on because its so loud and it dont even fill up all the way.I have complained about that several times as well.The mini blinds are so old I tried to pull the string and it broke so I called them and they said I had to buy my own.If you want to know about the crime in here just call the police station and its right down the street from here and you wouldnt believe this area.I will be moving very soon.I pulled a outfit oyut for my infant and it was mouse droppings all over the clothes, on my toddlers bed.I cant even cook on my stove without cleaning the droppings off.I pulled my fridge out trying to put a trap behind it and there were some crusty underwear under there.Nasty.All theses warning are the truth.LISTEN AND DONT THINK FOR ONE SECOUND SOMEONE IS LIEING.They are not.Its all true

Been there, done that. Get out! Break the lease, pay the last months rent because they will take you to court for it if you don't. If you have the money, get a lawyer. Document everything you'll need the backup, let me know. Worse place I've ever lived in my life and I did live in Brooklyn which was better than there. Far better.....

you aint lying about that everyone I know that moved they came up with something to take them to court, there currently trying to take me to court about the mice problem in my old apartment, but they dont have a case to many people are willing to come forth and tell the truth about the aparment ---- if you need me Ill come to court and testify against them I hate carriage hill.

Please give me your information Gq3000...I need to get my kids up out of there.Its just getting worse, then to top it off they are putting there smokes out in the hallway.What if one dont go out all the way?I f**king HATE THIS PLACE
