The staff in the office has NO IDEA how to do THEIR JOB,from simply trying to get a maintenance request taken care of to actually caring about the issues of the property they could care less. Property managers that I've seen come and go do such an awful job I'm surprised the Police are not here more than they already are.

Kids running around playing and being loud is different than nasty little people with bad mouths and NO IDEA what common courtesy or respect means is ridiculous, I mean you ask kids and teenagers to PLEASE stay off your porch and they will even tell women "F-YOU", boy your Mama teaches you good manners. Worse language comes from the male and female teenagers more than the little ones but either way great parenting job. Drugs are smoked on front steps of buildings by residents as well as in stairwells with no worries about anyone else. Grounds near my building littered with trash each morning, maintenance is a crazy joke, speaking of maintenance the supervisor came to fix my dishwasher six months ago still does'nt work. The surrounding area used to be clean and safe,well, NOT ANYMORE the WANNABE THUGS have taken over. There are other places out there in the same price range FIND THEM!!! Go Sawyer Realty !!!!
