Truth be told. This community is as most of the people comment. The new comments are really from staff. This is because they have suddenly realized that there is this site, and it creates the true image of the community, and because they are losing so many clients, they have started posting comments in disguise. Come on now! What does a dryer and washer, and the closets have to do with peace and security' True this features are there, but you will not be living in these. You are living in the community yes with all the noise, the drugs, the mice (yes) mice-a lot, the unshovelled snow to some parking areas. Let us face it. If the complex really wants to attract customers, step up and clean up the place and get quality clients who can take care of the property. At the end of my lease, I am definitely moving out. It was such a different community till recently. Carriage Hill staff, please stop posting these comments, because you have to live with the fact that you lied to someone inorder for them to move in. Have integrity and practice it.

Pleased to see that someone else actually cares enough to voice an honest opinion about how DANGEROUS this community has gotten.The reason the staff does'nt address the issues affecting SOME OF THE RESIDENTS is because they must not care. My wife and I have actually been AFRAID to let our child go outside unattended because of the POOR PARENTING SKILLS OF OTHER PARENTS, I guess it's safe to assume they JUST DON'T CARE EITHER. If your still here respond and I'll get back to you with all kinds of other info that you will find useful including who to contact @ the Housing Authority.

I lived there a couple of years ago and actually know someone that still lives there and was in shock when i went to see him over the summer.The grounds are dirty now,people hanging out,bottom door lock was broke and the halls where nasty.I know about the mice because i had to go hm and get my cat because they where taking over.The bad then about this place is the space in these apartments are great but the most def need to screen who they rent to and care more about the place.
