We lived there for 10 years and watched things go down hill. When we first moved in it was very nice. Things started going down hill when they went section 8 and it got to the point where we didn't feel safe anymore. It don't care how nice an apartment is, if you don't feel safe then it's time to get out. There never used to be bug or mice problems and that got bad too. The main problem with this complex is the amount of people who just don't care. They don't care about their kids who damage cars and are loud all hours of the night. Rules stated in the lease are not enforced, staff does very little to help. The supposedly have security but that's a joke. If you like putting money into repairing your car every few months thanks to the kids, then this is the place for you. Someone said it was "ghetto-like", I'd have to agree with that. Bad "ghetto" not good "ghetto".

Sorry to hear you are having problems. I left for those reasons. Things at Allyson Gardens are moderately better, but still don't compare to European apartment living.
