Reading previous reviews reminds me that people are more likely to write when something has gone wrong. I have heard there are people who have had problems. I am not one of them.
This is my situation here. yours may be different.
When I first moved in I had a problem with my rent. I paid late twice because of a problem with my bank. The staff was curtious and tactful. To this day, they know me by name.
The building is old, though and prone to plumbing problems. They have 24hr service that I have had to take advantage of. :( But they do fix what is wrong and more quickly than other apartments I have lived in.
It has been noisy as people like to play music late. It doesn't come from my building though so not too bad. I also got to know my neighbors and we have all gotten together and complained. The majority of the noise stopped.
In short, if you are looking for a well priced apartment with a full sized washer and dryer and like living in Randallstown this is a good place.

Nope. I am neither a guy nor an employee. Been living here 3 years. It's not perfect but it is ok. I am moving in with my friend and have been looking at reviews. So I looked at the one for the apt complex I live in, to get perspective.

I absolutley believe the young lasy who wrote this review is an employee and I also would not expect her to admit to being an employee, but thats neither here nor there. The fact of the matter is Carriage Hill Village has the potential to be one of the best apartment (and soon to be townhome from what Iam hearing) complexes in the area if they would clear all of the section 8 tenants out and stop accepting section 8 for any new tenants. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Very spacious with a full sized washer/dryer, however that fullsized washer/dryer and all of the space you get comes with a load of no manners having little bastards, ghetto ass management and tenants with total disregard for anything who do nothing but sit at home and live off of taxpayers (who actually do something with their lives) money. It's sad. Just sad.

I think that is a employee as well the only thing that is good about Carriage Hill is they do have fax machine and notarty on site for the tenants to use. And that's it for a fact. The reason why everyone is writting a review when something is going wrong is because something is always going wrong here, and no one is doing anything about it. So please feel blessed that you was or are having a wonderful experience here, I probably would overlook a few things if I was working here and not living here. or living here and working here we all know how to keep our jobs by sucking up.
