I have a ton of clothes and a little bit of money. This community offers affordabe housing for a fair price compared o everyone else. All my fiends envy my closet and my full size washer.
As far as I am concerned this is the best place I have ever rented, plus I am losing weight working out in the gym.

This person is a phony, most of the good comments posted here are from employees of carriage hill. This property is still full of section 8 people, tons of bad ass kids, drug dealers, mice infested apartments, currupted maitenince, and terriable front office costumer service. Most of the people that think this place is nice either work here or came from neighborhoods that were worst off. For example if your moving from the city or the hood, then you will feel right at home. If your someone who is used to living in the sububs then stay away, this is not the place for you. If you own nice stuff and a nice car stay away this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place to live and feel safe stay away, this is not the place for you. If you are looking to raise your kids in a nice neighborhood, stay away this is not the place for you. Get my point.

who wrote this review is emploee or mintanance guy, this community is really bad, and it's full with thives, and the gym is not a big deal, in fact you don't feel safe going to the gym

The ----- who wrote this review OWN Carriage Hill Village...actually this ----- must own Sawyer! Yes, you do get a full sized washer and dryer but guess what boo boo? That full sized washer and dryer comes with a complex full of disrespectful ass little bastards, lazy ass section 8 tenants and total disregard for any rules and regulations period. Keep in mind all of this goes on in a complex that is ONE (thats right ONE) block away from the police station.
