The Place sucks, I was only living here 6 months before I broke my lease, I just couldnt take it anymore. The mice problem was just to much to bare and our heat barly worked, when I made a complaint to the rental office took them 2 weeks to come out and fix it. My securty door in front of my building has been broke since I moved in. shows how much they care about our safty. No matter what time I come home it can be 3am in the morning there is always a group of kids out there sitting on cars smoking weed. It sounds like there are squirrls living in my ceiling,and the front rental office Refuses too do anything about it. In addition to all that the police are always in the complex because someone's house is always getting broken into even if you live on the 3rd floor, the theives get keys to your appartment from maitinence. I would not advise anybody who dosent have to. not to live here. Let the people from section 8 have this place they have already destroyed it.

everything u've said is true except for thieves getting keys from maintenance - come on now - that's just not true - at least, I don't believe it. I hate the place and I'm moving too but I don't think that comment is true I see cops her often but don't know why

We lived in carrige hills Randallstown for almost 2 years, and still living in this horrible community, this is not America, you feel you are living in a 3rd world country, you don't have hot water for days, and you call the maintnace and they don't handle the problem proparly, they just ignore you, and ignore the problem, if there is a damged part they don't replace it they just try to fix it, so your problem still happens, we suffered not having hot water for 3 months, and you call the community and they tell you they will fix it, next day you still don't have hot water. Pet friendly community, to carrige hills it means you get a mouse with the apartment when you rent it, and the community does nothing to prevent the mice living wwith you, the community ask you for 300$ as a fee, for having a dog or a cat pet, but they want you to accpet the mouse pet that they offer you as soon as you move in, and mice can make you really sick. Loud neighbors, you suffer from loud TV, music, and shouting from your neighbors, and people playing their music too loud in the parking lot, the community does nothing to prevent it. This is a bad place to live in, and if you are American never think about moving in such community. horrible apartments, and terrible staff and community.

everything you said is true and maybe some section 8 people are bad but not all of us are that way. I want to move out as well as you. I like nice and clean enviroment and I also pay taxes so let the bad section 8 people have this place.
