It is a shame....

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2009
I have lived at CHV for MANY years...actually, through 4 owners. So, I have seen the decline of this community over those years. The owner/management in the 1980's kept the grounds neat and clean, used good cleanliness practices, were respectful and did full credit checks on new residents.
The mouse problem started in the early 1990's and has steadily remained since then. The mice are the result of the residents and their living habits for the most part.
The maintenance no longer stays at the complex and moves around between Sawyer properties. As well, the service is poor, untimely and untrustworthy.
The security is non-existent...all rent-a-cops at the gate. Thank goodness the Baltimore County Police opened a station nearby over the past few years.
There used to be a nice and safe jitney service to the bus stop. That needs to be instituted again. The traffic and crime along Liberty Road is bad. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
