I have lived here for almost 2 years and can't wait until my lease is up. I am running like they are giving away free money. I posted a comment a few months ago but I don't see it on here. Anyway EVERTTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING that is being said here about safety, nasty hallways the smell is so projects, the maintance, and staff is so so true. The out of control teenagers is so bad I had to send my daughter out of state for the summer. When maintance comes to fix amything they never replace it with new material like blinds, closet doors, locks. They just keep fixing the old stuff and it breaks as soon as they walk out the door. The closet doors are so cheap they pulls up my carpet from the floor. which they will probably charge me for that when i move. This is the worst place I have ever lived in. I have lived with noisy neighbor above my head for the whole time I have been here. I complained so many times that I am tired of complaining. I never get any sleep and they wonder why I am so cranky when I do visit the office. The only time they will put you out is if you don't pay your rent other than that you can do what you want. even if it is making other tenants uncomfortable in their apartment. I don't think this unsafe,nasty, noisy,uncontrollable kids, and poor maintance community will ever change. As long as they can continue to trick people to move here. I hope some people ask me before they try it. they supposed to come out and spray for roaches and put traps for mices tommorrow let see. even if they do get rid of the rodents. I AM STILL OUT OF HERE!

Wasn't all that going on in the first year? Why did you stay so long?

yes actually it was worser the first year. The only reason why I am still here is because I thought I had to let them know 30 day before I move. Well when I took in my notice they told me I had to give them a 60 day notice before I can move. So they automactially renew my lease. I did not have the money to pay for breaking my lease and pay to move into another apartment. But you best believe that I will give them a 90 day notice this year.
