Yes the apartments are large and spacious, but I'd much rather pay more for a smaller NICE apartment. they show you the model apartment, but when you move in, it's nothing like it. the walls have been painted over so many times that there are drips EVERYWHERE including hairs on the walls, the basboards are peeling. there is water leakage in our maintance closet. the closet doors are super hard to shut, there are millions of spiders, earwigs, and even beatles!

When we moved in, we were told our kitched and bathroom would have brand new floors and appliances...the kitchen did, but the bathroom floor was NASTY! and the tiles in the shower were cracked all over. They are supposed to do a thourough cleaning before you move in, but all they did was vaccume. there was food left in our cabinets, mildew in the bathroom cabinet, spiderwebs EVERYWHERE, the oven was DISGUSTING. and there's more, but just too much to write. we complained about all these things and they still have yet to fix ALL of them. they DID replace our bathroom tile which i'm very happy about, but the shower tile, they only fixed 2 of 10 broken tiles. they repainted the baseboards along with some of our NEWLY PAINTED WALLS. THEY PAINTED OVER THE WALLS we spent so much time on.

The people that live here are trashy. It makes you feel like you're living in a bad part of town.

And the noise is unbelievable. at 2 every morning, my above neighbor runs over my head for at least an hour. people turn their music up as loud as they want and could care less about others. I also saw my neighbor just throwing trash into the yard from her purse, ON PURPOSE! We have been through so much trouble with these apartments, and I know I'm forgetting stuff, but I just want to say, stay away from here.
