We've lived here for two years plus and it's a great deal for the space that you get. The closet space is huge and I was surprised to see the quality of the upgrades that they had done. Usually most cheap apartments have yucky cabinets and just really aren't that cute, not here. It's great, I doubt we'll ever find an apartment with so much space and tons of closet space. On the downside we did have problems with a leaky shower, disposal, and the pilot on our stove. Maintience came the next day if not the same day and fixed the problems. About the noise, well think about it. You are in an apartment and there are other people who live around you. Why should you have to creep around your apartment just to be quiet, understandably at night, yes but during the day, who cares. The kids running around and playing in the street has gotten worse over the past couple of years. They tagged the brand new playground with profanity and wrote all over the walls of the buildings. This city is definitely creeping outward and it's starting to show but the management has kept it under control pretty well. It definitely has been better than last summer, they just ran wild. Overall, think about it, the city is creeping outward. There are kids who play and hang out but there are no section 8 people who live around here and it's not like that. No apartment is perfect but this one comes pretty close, it's a great deal for the money.
