Attention everyone that thinks this is a new property BEWARE! It's the same OLD, DIRTY, DANGEROUS, RUNDOWN, POORLY MANAGED, DRUG INFESTED, HOLE IN THE WALL, NOBODY DECENT WOULD WORK THERE, BROOKHAVEN ESTATES!!! This is their last attempt to try to save the property and the money that the sad and sorry owners put into the place! How sad, feel kind of sorry for anyone that moves there!! Don't do it to yourself!!

it has been my experience that the person who complains the most is the drug using, lazy, good for nothing late paying tenant who can never be satisfied and nothing is ever good enough for them and they have champaign taste with a beer pocketbook!!!

Unfortunately, your intelligence is minimal. My family and I's taste is far beyond what Crookhaven can handle, as to the reason we have finally rid ourselves of such a disgraceful complex. This dunghill of an establishment was a stepping stone to bigger, better things that provide superior customer service and more importantly quality! Not a moneywaster such as Crookhaven View!!

They try to change, but I don't think they will be prospect, because they??????re money hungry, they patch thing up or cover up. I have bee living here for 6 yr, and the sooner my lease up I??????m out the. Maintenance suck, save your money buy a home or live some places else.
