Yes there are some maintenance problems but I been living in apartments for years and there are always maintenance problems. I like my apartment cause its big and quiet here. I never see bunches of people outside and I have no problems with the people that live in my building. Since I been here there have been a lot of new management but I think the crew they have now are cool. I will stay here till I buy my home. This is a apartment so it comes with a little problems but for the most part they take care of my place and I like it here. It is much better than it was before. To me, its cool.
