Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2002

I lived in Mcdonogh Village from 1991 until 2002. At the very beginning it was the nicest place to live. The folks were very nice, management was very nice, as well as maintance. At around 1996, it went down hill from there. That's when SECTION 8 HAPPENED...the worst program government came up with. The folks got loud, there were young knuckleheads everywhere smoking weed and acting stupid.. They came to the county with the same dumb "ghetto" city attiude that "some" not all displayed. I don't know how the village is now but when i moved out it was a mess. I hope I am wrong because in the beginning it was the best place to live...now I'm not sure.
