This was my first apartment and the worse experience. When I first moved in, the apartment was not up to code. I had to wait several days for a new stove because of a gas leak. On top of that. Every morning I had to step over a pile of kids who were loud and rude and acted like they didn't want to get up. On top of mailing my rent to a PO BOX which a designated person is to pick up and if they don't at a certain time you are charged a late fee. This happened to me several times and I was charged a late fee on top of a late fee. I was told that the late fee would be added to my next months rent but it was not and the leasing manager lied to cover herself up. I then called the regional manager and guess what!! She never called me back on none of the issues I had with this property. Later had more problems with the leasing manager and I then kept trying to call the regional manager and gave up. I caught teenage boys using their key to try and get into my apartment. When I confronted the leasing manager she then said she knew the boys and that they were just being foolish. Nothing was done. I would not recommend this property to no one. IT WOULD BE YOUR WORSE EXPERIENCE TOO!!!!
